Duties

• Cultivate leads through strategic networking, builder communities and referral partners
• Prepare quotes and sales agreements for potential customers
• Sell security, home automation, verified video solutions to homes and businesses
• Develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers
• Attend weekly sales meetings and conference calls

Our Ideal Candidate
• Motivated and energetic round the clock
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Outside Sales background is a Big Plus, but we will train the right individual.
• Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to use a CRM and a tablet proficiently
• Must be Customer Service oriented
• Must have a polished appearance and willing to act in accordance with Qisis Integrated Solutions Limited business goals and values.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Control Systems Programming is an added advantage of Crestron, Control4, RTI and Universal Remotes.
• 2-3+ years customer service
• 2-3+ years audio visual experience
• A valid drivers’ license

Key duties entail but are not limited to:
• Project reporting and documentation of actions by completing logs and records.
• Update job and product knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical related publishing’s.
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations and codes.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in commercial and residential environments with exposure to outdoor elements.
• Working conditions will vary from indoor to outdoor.
• Team members will be exposed to heights via scaffolds, ladders or lifts.
• Team members will use audio visual equipment for installs.
• Working times will include irregular hours and on call status including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Team members must adhere to Qisis dress code.
